Who Are We & What We Do ?
Since the beginning of its work, ARI FRUCT has been providing maximum efforts to meet the world standards and criteria in the production and processing of food.
Accordingly, the following standards have been implemented and certified: IFS, GLOBAL GAP and BRC. Continuous improvement and modernization of the process of production,
storage and transport of products are a guarantee of the quality of the products we offer.
The obtained certificates are our advantage, but also the obligation to preserve and improve the quality of both the final product and the production process in the future period.
The main activity of the company is purchase and processing of soft fruit.
The company has capacities for processing raspberries to the amount of 1,600 tons, and process 3.500 tones per year. The buildings are developed according to the most demanding EU standards in order to obtain all the necessary certificates for the export of soft fruit.
It is a complex of 2,000 m2 and it consists of:
- Anteroom for refrigerating and preparation of deep freezing fruit
- 2 deep freezing tunnels with a capacity of 50 tons / 24h
- 1 refrigerator capacity of 70 tons
- 3 chambers for storage of goods with total capacity of 1,600 tons
- adequate facilities for cooling and deep freezing have been installed in the facility
The location of the facility is the village of Donja Kravarica on the territory of the Municipality of Lučani.
From the point of view of production and processing, the geographical location may be considered as ideal because it is located in close proximity to significant raspberries plantations, and in the immediate
vicinity of Arilje, Lucani and Požega. In other words, areas where raspberries are the main agricultural crop, which enables the continuous supply of quality raspberries. Hand-picked fruits are delivered to
refrigerated vehicles that serve only for that purpose. Delivered fresh fruit is received by a technologist and he performs a qualitative and quantitative reception. According to the controlling plans, the
technologist takes fruit samples, sends them to analysis and identifies the origin of the goods due to the mandatory "traceability procedure".
Our main goal is to meet the needs of customers by delivering top-quality products, and our goal is to continually improve the position of the refrigerator on a global level by developing quality and
healthy products that are in compliance with world standards and regulations.
